Car battery? Not the way I would go but okay.

Likely have some corrosion on connectors

I would disco the battery and then clean every connector starting with the ignition switch. Get some plumbers acid brushes (throwaway tin handled boar bristled) contact cleaner and use a second brush to apply a thin layer of dielectric lube to the pins and especially the connector shell.

Well quite easy ,,, i almoust only use t for plowing and since the alternator only delivers 360 W it drains the smaller batteries by time ,,, thats why i use a bigger battery with bigger capasity ,, dot know on what rpm the alternator delivers full but got a feeling that the rpm when plowing is to low to give full charging ,, i got lots of ligths and handle heaters and they consume lots of power ... and yes i could go over every connector but i would like to understand whats wrong ,,, i want a flow chart on what units that gets power from the ligth switch to follow

i dont think i like the car battery thing either, just saying. sitting is hard on anything. while your checking connections, check grounds also..
the alternator, and 360W, is not something i understand.
i got to fish around for the answer on that one.

so to try to understand what happends when i turn the ligthswitch on i need a flowchart ... when i can tell what units the power from the ligthswitch feeds i will propebly find yet another cord that should power this unit as are included for the ES function ,,, and when i find out that wire i can trace it backwords and find out where the power goes missing ,,

Click the links in my sig block first one will take tou to the service manual folder. The schematics and troubleshooting areas are in the chapter 18 and beyond.

If i were to start cleaning connectors, I would start with the instrument cluster

Disco the battery before you start
