Hello everyone. Brand new here and I have a problem. I have a 96 trx 90. Want to replace the carb. Should I go with an OEM carb or do you guys recommend a cheaper aftermarket one. The original carb is just giving me problems.

Get a carb kit for your oem and stay away from cheap china carbs.

OEM is the only way to go. But as someone else mentioned, I’d try rebuilding the original carburetor first.

Thank you for your advise. I thought that might be an option. Revs fine in neutral but as soon as you put it in gear after 1/4 throttle she cuts in and out. I’ve taken it apart twice and cleaned it. But same issue
