Picked this quad up a few weeks agp and lioke always it did not take long to start wanting more. Bought a Two Brothers Slip On, CDI and K&N lid cover.

Need to get some help with jetting, anybody have any experience with these? I am thinking the 172 jet they supplied is huge. Where can I get a air screw wrench? As it seems this is going to need some adjustment as well.

Whenw e startt it up it runs on 3/4 choke for a bit and then just dies out, very hard to restart let it sit for a while and it starts back up only on 3/4 choke.

Looking for a little help / guidance.

the 172 would be better with no lid. did you change the pilot jet? if you didn't, put a 42 or 45 in it. I don't think they make anything to get to air screw with carb on machine. run it all the way in and out 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 turns out.

Yep, they make a pilot screw adjustment tool. The air/fuel mixture is supposed to be adjusted with the engine warmed up and running. You set the pilot screw to the initial setting as per the manual and then you fine tune the adjustment with the engine running.

You should be able to get the tool form a Honda dealer.
