My tool kit is with my quad, at my cabin 3 hrs away.
I'm going to look at a repairable / parts quad (88 TRX 300 FW) and wanted to bring the correct socket to remove the spark plug and do a compression test.
The seller says it has a bad cv shaft (which I've replaced before), possibly bad bearings and control arms. He used the quad to plow snow in his driveway the past 10 years. Seat and tires are also warn and battery is dead.
What do you guys think would be a fair price?
