depending on where it's dripping..alot depends on what action you can take..if it's the outter case covers thats leaking..remove the cover..either add a new gasket..or patch it with some hondabond...if it's the center engine cases halves..the correct way would to split them enough to try to get some hondabond in the leak area..or you can use the jb weld..if it were me..i'd go the hondabond way. if it's the outter case cover..thats an easy fix.

Fixed the pictures, made them smaller so they could be seen a little better.

I wonder if it has a hole in it or just a crack? Is it leaking from under the JB Weld, I assume it is? If so, you may have to remove the JB Weld and apply some new. I've fixed a few holes in crankcases with JB Weld and they've held good, but you have to make sure the crankcase is completely clean and free of oil. I always clean the oil off real good and then clean with acetone. I wonder if it's broke right at the mount or above? I can't tell in the picture, but if it's broke right where the mount is, it might be harder to get it to hold.

I'm assuming it's not just leaking where the crankcase halves bolt together, but an actual hole in the crankcase. If it's just a leak there and not busted, I don't think JB Weld will ever hold that.

looks too me..your engine case has been busted before ???..and if i'm right..that looks like the side where your crank shaft balencer is ??..doesn't matter..i would say you need a new/used engine case. you can try getting all that old jb weld off..and re-doing it ?..but..i don't think it's gonna hold..something busted your case ..and if it wasn't fixed right..it will do it again.

its a hair thin crack at the front of the engine if that helps,
looks like the pictures got resized themselves. looks that way on my computer. hope you all can see it
I resized those pictures because they were so big that you couldn't tell anything about it.

I think I would remove the old JB Weld, clean it off real good and apply some new and see if it will stop the leak.

that actually is my first layer of jb weld, the previous owner just slapped on a bunch and didnt clean the grease/oil , and the jb looked like they didnt mix it good so it wasn even holding.
but i HOPE, it works. im low on $$
