i have a 97 trx 200 d . i recently threw the chain and busted a hole im the case. when beginning my repairs i found that the entire rear axle completele froze up ome how! any suggestions on how to fix this! i took the axle completely off and dissasemmbled it and i think the brake system is jammed up! any advice would help! or if anyone knows where i can obtain a free service manual for this model atv. thanks for the help

which part is froze up ??..the brake shoe cam ?..if this is the case..they all do this over time..and they can be hard to get out..but it can be done...with some wd-40, a air impact hammer with a blunt chisle..lay the backing plate flat as you can..support it with some wooden blocks..just soak it with some wd-40..then impact it out from the brake arm side towards the shoe side..that is if this is what your problem is ??..or is your bearings locked up ?..we need alittle more info as to what is frozen up.
