have you got fuel ?, have you got spark ?, have you ran a compression test ?, battery fully charged ?, kill switch in the '' run '' position ?, fuel on ?, fuel fresh ?, tried new spark plug ?. if spark ?, shoot the throttle body ( guessing its fuel injection ? ) with a very small burst of starting fluid, did it hit ? ( tried to start ). if so ?, then this is a fuel issue. if not ?, then this is a electrical issue, maybe c.d.i ?, stator ?, reg/rec ?, loose ground ?, bad spark plug coil ?. and welcome to the forums.

i found few burnt wires and changed some and reattach them and when i tried starting it it doesn't seem to be sucking any fuel (i also checked the compression which was really good) so it might be must be from the fuel pump eh?

if its not sucking in fuel ?, then this is more of a problem with the motor, not fuel. is fuel even getting to the throttle body ?, have you tried a shot of starting fluid yet ?.
