Can someone please tell me the Torque value for the right hand case, clutch cover for a 03 400Ex. I needed to repair a snapped bolt and now ready to put it back together.

I believe you're looking for 7 ft-lbs. The bolts you're tightening are 6mm bolts I believe. Just make sure you realize the size listed is not the head size, but the bolt diameter size.

sounds right, the Head is 8MM so the diameter is 6MM.
Seemed like they were tighter the 7FT-Lbs.

I don't think they use locktite on those side cover bolts. I believe those steel bolts try to seize up in the aluminum, over time. Don't try to get them as tight as they felt or you will strip them or twist them off.
