hey, if you are talking about the cylinder head cover, its 6-9 ft lbs I am looking at the Honda service manual right now and they do not call it the valve cover just so that we are clear. Hope this helps!

When you say torq on the engine what part are you talking about?

I have a service manual for that machine, let me know what you need and I'll try to look it up.

I also have some spare parts I don't need any more, and heck, I'll even sell you this manual if you want it. I'm selling the bike so I don't need the spare parts and manual. Hell, just buy the whole package, bike and all :tongue:

diff. tq. specs for diff. parts...don't mistake anything

I have seen some torque specs be listed in Newton Meters and not foor pounds some people may over look that and make a mistake

Yup...Iv seen ppl mistake ft. lbs. for in. lbs and vice versa ....not a good thing when you are building engines.
