That depends on many things. Ambient temperature, barometric pressure reading, humidity and altitude for a few.

Another minor detail which escapes me is what bike are you putting these three items on?馃

I鈥檓 putting them on a 07 400ex and it is always 90 degrees and hotter and I live in Arizona so it is always warm

Top speed is limited by gearing on the 400ex most of the time, up until you hit 85 or so mph, it needs more hp to get above that.
If you want to go faster put a 1 tooth bigger front sprocket on it.
Mine did about 75mph with stockish gearing, gearing it to go faster messed up the gear ratios in first and second too much for slow trail riding for me.

Ok I will look for some bigger gears because I鈥檓 going to make it a drag bike but with no mother work
