I have a 2018 Rancher 420. What is the biggest tire i can run on factory rim w/o rubbing? And of course w/o buying a lift.

27" is the biggest I have read, I have 26's on my Rubicon

and don't forget that NOT rubbing, doesn't ,mean you will have any power to turn them
taller heavier tires rob a LOT of power, and honda's don't have a LOT of HP to start with!
read up on gear reductions, odds are you will soon want/need one!

Staying stock size would be best,if you go bigger stay with 25's lots of tires to choose from.

What's your reason for wanting to go with 27's on the rancher 420?

Light 27's if you don't want to do a gear reduction. Something like Mudbugs or Zillas.
