As I stated in a previous thread I just got a set of 4 new titan 589 m/ts for my 1986 350 and Ive been reading around and found that apparently these heavy tires tend to rob performance and increase wear on your machine. Now I'm not too concerned with wear as the 86 350 has solid axles front and rear rendering the drivetrain virtually indistuctable but as for the power loss, how much are we talking here? Is everyone talking just about top end speed loss (I couldn't care less about that) or is it like harder to take off, thus wearing out the clutch? Anyone ran them on a 350?
