how good are they :icon_ lala:

for one they are 10 pounds a piece lighter than my turf buster. (plus)

for 2 im sure they could walk circles around my turf busters in mud (plus)

im just worried how long do they last and how do they handle??? i like to ride everything, street, trails, hills, rocks, some mud, whatever. some times i like to ride it like a sport 4 wheeler, high speed turns, my turf busters are big and round, want to give traction on the side and roll the quad. not always good.

so that bring me to a few questions, would it be better off to get a bigger wheel (9 inch on the back stock) so i dont have so much side wall on the tire for better performance, should i look at more of a flat across tire for my riding style. do the mudlites do pretty good in mud for yall experence???

what it boils down to, i do like to hit some mud, and being 2wd i kinda need a decent tire for that. but i like to ride it like a sport quad at the the same time, is this tire gonna corner good??? well it cant be worse than my turf busters, or can it???? other than that im mostly about trails and well its gotta last on the street (gotta take the street to get to some of the trails) so how do you guys like them that have them and what do you think about them.

i think alot of my mud tire problems would be solved if i just got a winch, haha.

well, a buddy of mine has an '04 vinson 500 that he bought brand new.... he put a set of mudlites on it about 6 weeks after he bought it and he still has the same set on there with good traction.... showing little over 5200 miles on his bike right now. From my experience with them, they go great in the mud and ride somewhat smooth on hard surfaces...well, smooth for a mud tire. My 300 4x4 has a set of mud lites on it, but I haven't got to really test them out on that bike yet...still waiting for front bearings to come in.... hope this helps.

They are a good trail and light mud tire. In my experience with them they do not hold up well to alot of street riding because of them being a softer compound tire with more agressive tread pattern that a sport tire.

i got a set on my rancher and if you take turns fast like sport riding you will have to lean into the turn more. i found this out the hard way. spun 180 turns in my driveway, put new mudlites on done the same turn and flipped it before i new what happened. but they do good i have climbed rocks and deep mud without any trouble. prob put a set on my 420

the mudlites will do great on the trails..light to moderate mud..and street..they ride great. i would not advise trying to make high speed turns with them..not unless you want to raise your life insurance ???..lmfao..they grip to good on the side walls..no way of making a fast turn without fliping over..they are not made for that. trails..mud..snow..street...6 ply..they do great..i love mine.

I like the Mudlites, but like everyone says, I don't think they will corner or slide around too good. You need a tire that is flatter across the top for that. As far as trails and light mud, they're great. I ride quite a bit on asphalt and I think they wear real well.

Heck in that case the there is no comparison. LOL No I ment the baby Zillas. Some needs to do a big comparison on all the lite mud tires together. Mud lite, Swamp lite, Zillas, Dirt devil XT, ETC.............
