The threads for my swing arm pivot bolt are shot on my rancher 350. I tried re-tapping them but there still was not enough meet. Does anyone know if there are oversized bolts out there? It would save a lot of time trying to insert a helicoil or timsert etc. Or even having to weld a nut or something in there.

You can weld the swingarm bolt in one side, angle the swingarm up in there, and then tighten in from the other side.

You can weld a locknut to the frame to use as threads.

You can cut out the threaded section and weld it into your frame, but if you don't get it 100% true your swingarm bearings won't last.

You can swap frames.

Mine was stripped on both sides, so I swapped frames.
