I have an 03 Rubicon that is stuck in low gear and also the speedometer shows zero when you're riding it...What could cause these problems?I changed the cdi and 2 sensors still the same....

Your issue sounds like a speed sensor, but it could be a dirty/corroded harness connector plug somewhere just as well. I'd grab a multimeter and read through the service manual for speed and display diagnosis after unplugging harness connectors, cleaning contacts with an electrical parts cleaner and dielectric greasing each pair before fitting back together. Let us know how it goes if you can.
