I have a 2006 350 4x4 manual shift rancher. I bought it brand new and only use it during hunting season. I have always used Honda GN4 10w/40 motor and change it once a year. My foot clutch has started sticking, If I hold the brake and push the shifter down I can brake it loose (usually) and it works great and seems to be adjusted about right but as soon as I let it cool off it sticks again.Has anyone else ever had that problem?
It makes a loud clunk sound when it brakes loose but works fine afterwards.

Yes I have the same problem with the same model and year atv. I would like to learn more why these do it. I will be watching your thread to see if some experienced honda mechanics chime in. I took mine apart and cleaned and replaced clutch discs. It looked like new inside except for some oil or wax like debri on cover. I have not been able to test much yet as it is cold up here now. It did stick when i started it the first time though.
