Hi, just got a 2002 Rancher. Not pretty, has some scars and patch work done to it(just like me!) but runs great. There is a problem with the steering tho. It drifts abit and tight to control. I noticed that when you turn the steering column, the right wheel turns/responds immediately but there is a lag in the left wheel. It takes awhile for the left wheel to catch and there is play in it. Guy that sold it said he replaced back joints and tie rods. The axle and boots look fine. What adjustments should I start with or can this be a deeper problem? Thanks!

Suspension out of adjustment

if toe-out is too great the inside wheel on a turn will grab hard and the outside will lag

Service manual usually lists tie rod settings otherwise idk. Id probably take it to the shop

When I turn on the spot, I can't describe... a crack between cracks and squeaks. They are not always heard and not very loud, only when I turn on the spot or instead when I move at low speed when I keep the car from the clutch in the parking lot. At the same time, I turn hard, and even in these cases, I will always happen when I went on a drift car from About Drift School WA | Perth Premier Drift School . It happened after I hit the curb, and it broke, but I don't know what the problem is with the personal vehicle.
