How do I have the WORST luck with these? Can someone please explain what I am doing wrong? Every one of these are allowing the starter to continuously turn over as soon as I hook up the battery. There is no way all of these I have tried are all sticking so please explain how this is happening? It is driving me nuts!!!

Freshly charged new battery. 2 of these are brand new OEM Honda solenoids.

Everything is off the 96, the original bike Fish.

The bike was wrecked and I swapped everything over to the donor frame.
so much for that theory of a different harness or head light switch assembly --------- I am not sure if it will make it do it if it goes bad , but there is a diode in the starter wiring ---------- I guess I would put a test light on the wire that triggers the solenoid at the solenoid and see if it is hot all the time , if it is not hot then it must be the solenoid is stuck , if it is hot all the time I would look to the starter button ------------ I had a cheap e-bay china solenoid on my 450 , it got wet a few weeks back and went to spinning the engine over by it's self , I changed it to an OEM and it has been ok since ---- do you maybe have the two big wires on the solenoid reversed
