I have noticed lately that my 03 400ex has gotten kind of squeaky. When I sit on it, when i'm riding over rough areas. Im not sure what to do, I've sprayed wd40 on my a-arms and suspension and some other stuff, but it doesnt help in the long run. any ideas?

Well if its an 03 its probably time to replace the swing arm bearings and bushings and seals, time for arm bushings and seals and taking out the bolts that mount your shocks and lube them some times you have to lube partd that wd-40 won't get to.

squeaky front end here. cant tell where its coming from. 2001 300ex bought used. i was wondering if the OP solved this problem. i checked diagram and see there are some bearings and seals that can be replaced at like $25 a pop but no bushings. is this correct? also could be my shocks. can i lube these up? how do i kno when to replace shocks? if i used a straw with wd40, do you think i can get the grease in the right spots?

I found some stuff at Lowes. Du Pont teflon silicon lubricant It has worked better than wd40 or pb blaster. Just put several drops on each a arm bushing and shock pivot points(bolts) It doesn't stop the squeak for a little while until it gets worked in
