Have a Boss Rebel sound tube that had a hum , so plan is to use the tube and change out the amp and speakers to run MP3 , the tube is well built and has a set oof tweeters in it that I am going to see how it sounds added in , the mounting bracket is something custom that I had built with diesel engine air filter housing mounting brackets , the original equipment in the tube appears to me to be Pyle , same covers and speaker built is similar , the original speakers have the amp built into the speaker

Hardest thing looks like a mount to secure the amp from flying around inside the tube and being able to get it in and together as this tube is glued shut , i seen a guy on you-tube that made a mount that folded up , slide in and then screwed together

finished and it sounds great , I think I am going to keep this one portable , come up with a quick attachment and stick it on the wife's bike , and it can be easily moved from one bike to another , plugs into the battery tender plug for power

Thanks , I would strongly recommend you don't buy a Boss Rebel tube , the tube is nicely made but the equipment inside don't last , this tube was warrantied twice in the year warranty and then started buzzing 3 times in one year , and they will warranty it but it cost over $40 to ship it to them

You can build your own tube out of pvc pipe , here is a pic of the one I built for my bike , you really need schedule 80 - 90's to have enough for the screws but they are expensive if you can find used ones and have to buy them new , but I cheated by cutting pieces of pipe and doubling up the ends

Pyle Marine speakers and amp off of e-bay , 4 speakers and 1 - 4 channel amp was right at $90 , you can buy two speakers , I only am using 2 channels right now but thinking of adding 2 more

I finished up her sound tube today , it can pop right off the bike by loosening the turn buckles , it fits tight into the rack , and you can swop it from one 300 to another very easy or to get into the truck for tools or a snatch block , get the power from the battery tender plug , all the bikes have it so plugging in is no problem , took it for a ride this evening clearing trails and it sound great

Come on , no body is jamming over there ------ you could be the first ---------- I use a MP3 player and get the music free off of you tube , that same MP3 player works in my trucks , boat and home sound systems

Take charge of the knob and put the sound on your bike , Boy George on a atv ride isn't " my cup of tea " = do you'll still use the phrase ------------- a few of my friends have these sound bars , about the size of a 24 inch light bar , they jam unbelievable , they go under water and come up jamming , $600 a pop is out of my league , many run the sound off their phones with Pandora or other music apps ----- the MP3 for me is the way to go

Hope this gives you some ideas , I have painted the speaker covers black since this pic

the reason for making the end of the pipe thicker is for the screw to have more meat to grab , you can get schedule 80 pipe which is much thicker but big money , I got this pipe for free and turds have flowed thru it , some may think my choice of music is still flowing the same stuff , but I like

Haha..
So what speakers do you guys use, guessing there those you’d get from a boat?
What’s the power supply called, I’ve never been one for stereos, this is a new venture for me. Does the power supply/amp have an Aux connection to plug an MP3 or phone directly into it?
Yours looks smart I have to admit. I don’t think I’d fit a tube on mine, I have my luggage box on the rear sub carrier and plan on fitting a 350d oil cooler up front.
yes those speakers are Pyle Marine , yes the power to the unit is my battery tender plug , the aux has a jack to the MP# player , or some use Blue Tooth , which is not as loud to me -----thanks ------ I mentioned making pods for the speakers , takes up a lot less room --------- the sound bar is the ticket , I need to get a Lotto ticket for tonight drawing .......

oh , I didn't mention , the entire thing with the MP# player was about $130 and it came with 4 speakers , the music is free you-tube MP3 converter , any song , live , extended version , studio , remix , what ever , takes about 30 seconds total per song as long as the site is over crowded

They don't play any of that kind of music on am , fm or xm , only place to find it is on u-tube , you learn about new tunes from hearing it on other atv or truck radios , most of the bands travel the mud park events and have concerts on the weekends , it has become a following , most all of it is clean of graphic language

This is one of the closest parks to me , it is a 20 minute drive , there are a couple 15 minutes away , my buddy who lives a mile from me is the manager / ? of the park , they are working at making it bigger and better , this was a last year video , there are trails going off into the woods

Sam , I thought I had a great idea for a moment , you were talking Honeymoon in the USA , rent a cabin at one of the mud parks when you come over , but then I realized I don't know of any atv rentals , that would be a tuff business with damages caused by the riders

Muddin' has really grown into a cult around here , on the weekend you should see the trailers with atv's and utv's running down the highways every where , mud parks are popping up all over , and they are making money , my buddy was telling me that park has over 600 spots for RV's , cabins and primitive camping spots , on average it is $30 a bike to get in per day and $10 a person

I need to make an post a video

my buddy got a new sound tube for his Can-Am 570 , I like it , I think I got him beat on volume , he says it is 450 watts , it has lights in it that bounced with the music , but he opened it up and disconnected the ones that pointed at him , as it was right in his face , it looks really cool at night ---- he did a nice job making the brackets to mount it over the radiator
