Thanks Tom, can't wait to be back ridin again. Talked to the guy doin my head work he said that the guy doin the the seats on the head with the serdi machine just received the head hopefully back runnin next weekend.

Man that is sweeeeeeeeeet!!!!!! are they donig any angle grinding on the valve seats??

Yes it will have a 3 or 4 angle not sure what jeff said, it will have plus one valves on in take and exhaust and ported all that can be done he told me that he may have to put some epoxy in the ports but reassured me in would not cause any problems.

nah that won't hurt a thing just thickening up the stability a bit I'm sure. 3 or 4 is good along with the porting/polishing. are they able to Port match the Exhaust opening to your pipe as well? that makes a big difference too. with what they've done you will see drastic improvements. I suspect 8 to 12 more ponies easy.

All the ports will be matched, according to Jeff at maximumn cycle atv it will have 60 hp, stock is around 43hp

Its usually a good idea to give the quad a extra good washing down before tearing down makes things a lot easier.
