4 hours from Lock Haven? Or 4 hrs from where you live? Cause my sister goes to school in Lock Haven and I constantly go quading around there, would love to hit up these trails if their nearby

You live in Jersey shore? I was there this weekend! haha Do you know if you can ride that abandoned railroad track thats like a couple minutes from Jersey Shore (if you are coming from the direction of lock haven)? we saw a pretty big dirt path right next to it that looked ideal for quading

Joey put all that time and money in the crap box Toyota and can't go nowhere with it without having a tow truck following him. Just pick a weekend Joe and bring your trailer over with your quad and I'll put on my quad and I'll tow it up there. Anyone ever ride in tamaqua the coal mining town, I've been there a dozen times it's fun it has trails, mud, ponds, rivers, hills, shale roads, runoffs, and silt. It's approx 2 hrs from the willimstown area and we where going every other week last fall and winter. We have mostly 4x4's and 3 or 4 blasters 2 wd that go.

Yeah its between Jersey Shore and Lockhaven. It pretty much follows the existing railroad, its just a couple feet over from it.

as far as i know you cannot ride there but if you follow it out past where the school buses park my dad said there is a old train bridge out there that the water is so deep there is an old train in the water that came off the tracks back when he was a kid i might have to take a jont out there to see what i can see

We ride mostly DCNR trails, its just easier that way. I have rode at Bloody Skillet and whiskey springs this year! lol maybe i saw you. There are some less known trails but most of those constantly run through private ground and just aren't well maintained at all

Do not ride on the tracks!

I have also lived in the jersey Shore area all of my life. When we were younger you used to be able to get away with riding on the train tracks and out at the old railroad bridge. Now if you get caught at either place it is going to cost you a hefty fine of at least $600.00 ! They watch both places all the time now, I know first hand lol. It is true though about the old train cars in the water. If you stand on the bridge on a day when the water is clear, you can see the bottoms of the old box cars.
