Yep, pull cylinder, send off to G&H, and you'll get it back with a new piston ready to reinstall.
How did you run it low on oil? Leak, or was it smoking before?
If you've ever sunk it, you need to tear the motor down and clean out the bottom end, or any residual grit will work its way up to your newly bored/honed top end and wear it out in no time.
