I bought a 2014 foreman 500 about 2 months ago and recently I decided I wanted a slip on muffler. But no big company’s make a slip on to fit the 14-19 body. Surely someone has figured out a way to do it by now. What’s the best way to go about it for an HMF performance slip on, without losing the o2 sensor and messing up the EFI.

They are all making full systems for the newer machines with O2 sensors and regardless of whether you put a full system on it or a slip on the EFI is going to get “messed up” and will need to be retuned.

I have heard of guys cheaping out and just cutting and welding other exhausts on it. HMF’s for an older model or whatever. But you still need a tuner. Most are deleting the factory O2 sensor.
