I recently picked up a 2006 300ex that sat for 2 years. It ran when I picked it up, cleaned the carb, made sure all the carb adjustments were in spec and it ran perfect. I rode it for a day, all was good. Took it out yesterday for a few hours was running fantastic then it randomly lost power as I was going up a hill to jump, then she died. I tried starting and nothing. I let her cool down for an hour and put on half choke and she barley started ran for about 3secs and shut off again. The gas in there was mixed between fresh and the old gas that was in there, the battery is dead now from trying to start it. Do I need to go through my carb again? Or is it something electrical? Air filter is a little dirty but have a new one coming. It was muddy. Thanks
