The trails around this area are graveled rail beds and sand county forest rodes The duel purpose trails ie snowmobile-atv are very hilly with lots of corners. The rail beds are long straightaways. In the winter I have no problem pushing 110mph. No tracks to race around here so none of that. What kind of riding will you be doing? I would say the 450 but I have the need to push 80mph.LOL
I have been looking at the 700xx. I test rode the raptor 700 and I didnt like the handling at all! I have never had anything bad to say about Honda imo there the best sport qaud made,Im just not a fan of these e.s. and a.t. model 4x4s, pieces of sh*t if you ask me.If you liike the trails Buy a 700xx Or a 400ex. For the track or racing of course the 450. I went to honda the other day and looked at a 700xx but I like to do a little of all so I ll keep my 400ex. I like to hear your thinking of Sport. We are rubbing off!! LOL!
Word.. The old manual 4x4 are great but as soon as the automatics came out the repair shops have been happy. The rincon oil pump setup is without a doubt the worst idea ever.I have heard my things about the at and es but the 420 manual seems to be a good quad. my buddies dad has one. We had an old 300fourtrax 4x4 and it lasted 4ever. we rebuilt it and bought a polaris 500 sold it and now we have grandpa's old bigbear4x4. I would never buy the big honda ute because of the issues with thier trannys. By the way Remmingtonsteel has a700xx but I have not seen him on in a while.
Lucky man...keep it that way as long as you can....Shes more like a wife but not married...
