ummmm..you can't shift down with your heal bro ?, these models are all up shift. now, you can how ever up-shift with your heal ?,but you wont be able to down shift with your heal. you can shift with a hand operated '' stick '' shift..they used to sell them that bolts on to the foot shift lever ?, but I do not know if they are still around ?.

I want some ideals from fellow members on how I can rig up somthing
So I can shift down with my heal instead of shifting up with my toe.
I have a 1991 honda trx300fw 4x4.

Even thinking about a shifter i could use with my hand.

Yeah, search for “atv heel shifter” and several choices come up.I see you have footboards so these make it harder to reach your shifter. Here’s a pic of a hand shifter–just be careful you don’t push hard on it–the foot shift shaft wasn’t designed for the torque that can be applied via the longer lever. Too much force will weaken or break the shift shaft.

You’re looking for something like the Harley touring bikes use–they also have footboards–use two levers in a shifter shaft that will fit two levers.

However the atv shift shaft won’t fit two, so you can take a second shift lever and weld it to the first so it becomes a rocking lever. Since you have footboards may be best to have someone custom weld it up for you or you can take a chance on an aftermarket accessory–you could always do fabrication work on the aftermarket piece
