Ok gang..as promised..here's a few pic's i just took of my new project, 1986 honda trx350 fourtrax !!!..these are just some before '' as it sit's '' pic's...as i start to tear it apart..i'll keep posting pic's as i go....this is gonna be another long rebuild...lol..sooooooo..enjoy the rebuild !.

this should intertain ya'll for awhile !..as you can see..it need's a ton of work..buttttttttt..( there goes that damn butttt again ! )..lmfao..this is a walk in the park for me !.

so far..top end rebuild..stearing steem head bearing..front and rear brake shoes..gonna go back to stock rims..with ITP mudlite at's for new tires..but that part is last..lol....`here's some pic's with plastic removed..then i pressure washed it..i don't like working on a dirty bike..lol.

looks like a fun project ,looks like it was neglected but thats nothing you cant change,what are your plans for it?are you gonna strip it and have everything painted or powder coated

Worth every penny! Little engine work, elbow grease and paint, it'll be good as new, I see a lot of potential right there...

veryyyyyyyy funnyyyyyyyy bro !!..lmfao..i'm still in the process of tearing down..finding what needs to be replaced/fixed as i go..here's the top end off..the rocker box was put on by..you guessed it..RTV SEALANT..BIG TIME NO NO PPL !!!...i have not pulled the cylinder yet...sooo...i've found a list of things that are bad on my new girl...timming chain..one-way bearings on both sides..the side drive shaft up in the swing arm was totaled..no bearings what so ever..got alittleeeeeee wobble..lol. oh,,and the rocker box was put on to tight..they busted out the side of the rocker box/bolt hole..that's gotta be replaced. pulled the starter....what a surprise...got the outter shell..no starter guts !!..lmfao...man..as a few of ya'll have said..this old gal was road hard..put up wet alonggggg time ago !. anyway..that was some of the bad news..the good news..battery is good..lights are good..not busted..racks are good...oh..and the front differental seems to be toasted also...can any of ya'll guess why ????????..hmmmmmm..here's a clue...BIG ASS TIRES ATE THE RING GEAR AND PINION..BEARINGS AND ALL !!..LOL.

i havent even tore the front and rear down yet..and i can tell already they are history !..gotta be completely rebuilt.

right now i'm striping it down..looking for all bad parts as i go..i'll strip it all the way down to the frame..and spray paint it like i aways do..and..as you may or may not have noticed..i do real good work..lol. after i complete it..it's gonna be for my gal to ride when she comes down here from springdale,ar. if i can locate all my used parts...get my new parts ordered..piston rings..complete engine gasket kit..all new oil seals..front and rear bearings and seals..i may have it wrapped up by the end of the month..or posb mid nov, who knows !!..lol.

and that is the very reason the front differental..side drive shaft..and maybe even the rear differental is toasted right now ..because of these gawd awful tires !!!!!!..this ppl...is what i have been trying to explain to everyone about what happends when you go too big of a tire on your atv !.
