Seems like my 1999 300 Honda fourtrax isn't getting enough gas

I have cleaned the carb multiple times even after I got the carb kit for it. It seems to cut out when I hit full throttle. Any suggestions?

Replaced spark plug, checked connections.

bodee1212 you need to clean the carb and try to run it for a little bit and then check the plug again running with the choke will cause the black coating on the plug and give you bad info. not saying thats not the problem but you have to set the condtions to get the correct test results
