Put new Fuel Relay , new battery, selenoid good, checked voltage of pins going to fuel pump. Turn key relay clicks but no normal loud hum from fuel pump kicking in, volt goes up slightly then back to zero when key turned on and relay box behind battery clicks. Need new fuel pump?:|

welcome to the forums. did you check all the fuses ??. if they are good ?, then yeah, i'd say the fuel pump is bad ?. check voltage to pump and see if your getting 12 volts to it at the plug ?. if so ?, then yeah, your pump is bad.
