are you SURE the carb is actually CLEAN
how did you clean it
just spray down with carb cleaner or< use an ultra sonic cleaner, a soak? boiled hard parts? did you make sure all pasages are clean and free flowing
NEXT and maybe more important
did you clean UP stream of your carb?
as if your fuel in your tank, or tank is dirty(and very likely so, based on condition of your carb)
cleaninga carb and NOT cleaning your ttank, can result is a NEWLY cleaned carb ALL dirty again as soon as you run old dirty fuel back into it, blocking a passage or??
name of the game in fuel related issues IMO< is to start UP stream and work your way down
this means again
drain and MAKE Sure inside of tank is clean>
make sure peacock is clean and working/flowing good
replace fuel line from tank to carb, its cheap
ETHANOL fuel leaves a varnish on parts that flake off as fuel runs through them, and can flake off up stream of a carb and then get into your carb and cause issue's
JUST as it can leave that same coating on the parts in a carb, that JUST a flush/spray down with carb cleaner or even a mild soak in a carb cleaning solution will NOT remove
this varnish coating is SUPER hard to remove, and frustrates a lot of folks trying to clean there carb
many times pending HOW bad things are, the only GOOD ways to remove it off parts and passages is with an ultra sonic cleaner, and or BOILING The hard parts in some lemon juice or like solution!
ethanol is nasty stuff, and in anything that sist often, its WAY worse and more likely to cause problems
if you DON"T burn your fuel upo FAST< you really NEED to treat ethanol fuel to TRY and make it last and not become a problem in the works
OR better yet, BUY and use NON ethanol fuel , and save yourself a LOT of issues down the road!
but to properly clean a carb, you have to make sure things UP stream are also clean first, or you can be wasting time at the carb!
