i have an 04 honda rancher 350 and i was wondering if i could bore tha cylinder out and put oversized rings on tha piston without getting a bigger piston?
Nope, I wouldn't do it. The piston is the support for the rings and helps seal the compression. Take the piston and cylinder to a machine shop and have them measure it for you. They'll know what to do from there.
