Rincon 680 do not raise evolutions while in mud

Guys!!!!! I got mudding couple of weeks ago and seek that if I stay on the real mud (not just a pool) rincon is not raising revolutions. And wheels are turning really slowly. Grizzly was digging this mud like tank. And I was stuck. Does somebody knows the reason?

Oil level ok. On the flat road riding ok. The same happens with revolutions when I starting to ride up on the slop.

Need your advice please.
