I have a 03 650! Nothing but problems since I’ve had it! Was running fine then it’s just been thing after thing and now I’m stumped! I bent the shift rod for forward and reverse and before that it was moving fine! Replaced the rod, put it all back together, nothing! Won’t move! So I replaced the oil pump and chain along with the orings! Nothing looked off or bad internally, I also took the valve body apart and cleaned it and everything when I had the front cover off, I’m just stumped and have no idea what to do now! Someone please help!

When you said, you bent the shift rod, so how bad did you bend it? Did you have "shifting" problem prior to bending it?
Prior to bending it i didn't have any issues shifting other than the usual rincon grind, It was bent just enough to bind the fork and not allow it to go far enough to lock into the gear, I’ve replaced it and it locks in gear perfectly fine just won’t move

I suspect strongly the shift handle is not adjusted and/or came out of adjustment when you change it relative to the internal transmission. Do you have a tech manual?
I’ve already adjusted it properly and it goes into gear just fine and tries to move but it won’t it’s like something is causing it not to have the proper amount of pressure but it’s got all new orings and oil pump and chain, so I’m at a loss
