Are they worth it? I’m just curious what everyone thinks about them.

Yes, they are providing you buy quality rather than eBay or amazon Chinese junk. Ricksmotorsportelectrics.com is the place to buy from.

Thanks Sam! I’ll definitely look into it. I am under the impression, they make your throttle more snappy and raise the rev limiter? I could be totally wrong.

Dont waste your time. I was never able to get any of the 3 that ricks sent me to work. There customer service is great. But they claim its my quad being the problem and its funny how the oem box works flawless. There boxes make my quad cut spark. I even put a spark tester with a light on my plug and ran it up onto my lap so i could ride it and see the light flicker. It wont accept over half throttle. Just cuts out. And plugs come out wet because the fuel isnt igniting. If my 05 box would work on yours i would sell it to you dirt cheap. But be warned. It dosnt work on mine. And ricks has sent me 3 different boxes throughout the whole process.

I’ve heard that now from a few sports quad guys about Ricks CDI’s yet his Utility CDI’s seem to work every time. Strange.. Must be an issue his end somewhere.

Good to know, that is really weird. The bike I am wanting to try one on is a 2002. How much would you want for it? It’s worth a shot if it’s cheap
