No razor no chemicals needed I have done this
3M makes a decal remover wheel that goes in your drill. Seriously this thing works!!
I removed all of the decals from a 25 foot motor home with 2 wheels. Bought them at my local sturdevant auto shop. Yes you will need some decal solvent to clean up after I'll post a pic for you tomorrow
