hey guys new to this forum stuff, browsed for a nit and could not find the answer. so i signed up to be a part of the solution.

got myself a 95 fourtrax 300 4x4, from a kid. he had not taken good care...anyway when i opened front brakes up, one side had no pads and springs and one adjuster nut was missing and brake line was hend on with standard bolt not brake line bolt, other side was all there, but everything was siezed up.

long story cut short, i got complete rebuild kits, and new adjusters and drum seals.....

figured out all but adjusting and flushing system and how to change those drum seals, the big one that goes around the outside...new ones dont tell me how to get old ones off.

any help here would be great, and maybe help someone else with similar issues

good luck with that one , if the seal was damaged , I would look for another drum or convert to disc ------- I changed the drum seal once , it didn't last and peeled off , probably my fault for not prepping it right or maybe not getting it perfectly aligned , but for $20+ for the seal , I won't waste my time or money again on changing one

I'm with fish, if mine ever go out, i will not be putting those aggravating seals back on. Plus one on the disk brake conversion, here's a couple service manual screen shots
