I have a 2007 Recon 250ES and I think the clutch is going out. Stays in gear when going uphill but will slip into neutral when going down a hill if not giving gas. Tried to adjust the clutch adjustment screw with no change. Do you think both clutches need to be replaced?

It sounds like the one-way roller clutch in the centrifugal clutch drum is failing. That one-way clutch provides engine braking when decelerating. If you can get it to grab sometimes by blipping the throttle then you'll know for sure.
