Recon 250 wont start

Ok I have a 2016 Honda recon es it turns over but will not start I have replaced coil pack, spark plug, battery, and cdi. Im down to testing the kill switch how do I go about bypassing the kill switch to see if that's my issue.

I assume the small, kill switch on the handle bar is in the correct place to start the engine? I'm asking this, because this got me one time for about 30 min looking for the problem. I agree with retro, look at the book and when good, check the fuses to ensure nothing is blown as well as all connections, battery, ground, plug wire, etc....
