rebuilding a carb??????

how hard is it to rebuild a carb for a 1993 honda 300, or is it even worth doing?

K&N is ok if you are not riding in dusty conditions, i run UNI foam filters clean and reoil every ride when i pulled the motor down you can still see the crosshatch in the cylinder and it has a lot or hard track hours on it .
