rear brakes

So I just changed my rear 400ex brakes, and its the the first time ive ever done it. I was pretty sure i did it right and when i tried to used them they arent very strong at all. They doing a tiny little bit. I dont know whats wrong!!!

Here is the instructions from the repair manual. Look over it and make sure you didn't do anything wrong. If you took any lines loose, then you will have to fill it back up with fluid and bleed them. If you had a low pedal or lever to begin with, then you might have to bleed them.

No, it's not hard to bleed the brakes. This might help. On down the page, it shows how to bleed without the brake bleeder pump.
