Howdy, new to the forums and working in atvs. Probably a dumb question but is it the same brake that the front left hand lever and foot lever activate. My foot brake works great but hand lever doesn't at all trying to figure out what the problem is.

Cable is probably bad or out of adjustment from the handlebar back.

They both control the back brake. The one on the handlebar is supposed to be for the parking brake.
