Hi all, I just was looking a little info on the 87 trx 125. My dad bought one recently, and he seemed concerned that there was no grease dripping from the rear bearing when he pulled the drain plug. I don't know a ton about these, but I imagine it's either a sealed unit that doesn't need to be lubed, or if you do have to grease it I'm guessing you use a thick grease that won't just drip out of the drain hole. I'm hoping I described this well and someone on here has the answer for me, thanks in advance!

I just picked up a 125 but haven't gotten to see it in person yet (friend picked it up for me lol). Looks like from the schematics that the bearings are in the brake schematic, and they should just be packed with grease. Chain driven rig so no gear oil in the rear end.

The only drain plug I could think of that would be back there would be to drain the brake drum in case water gets in there.
