What is the size of the rear axel nut on a Honda 420 FE. Is it metric or sae?

It a 2017 420 FE rear axel nut looks like possible some were between a 25mm to a 30mm a standard 1 1/16 is to small and a 1 1/8 is to big used to size it up

Is it a reverse thread?

It' a 30mm Bought a 30mm and a 32mm. Now the nut is tough to crack, If I put a little heat to it will it affect the bearing?

I don't think it's a reverse thread, I probably wouldn't heat it but I have seen youtube videos of guys beating on the wrench and pipe wrenchs with a hammer

Got it. I/2 in drive 30mm socket and a hammer. It was a tough nut to crack. Thanks again billy5221.

Penetrating oil and impact. Spray, beer, impact, repeat.

I have also put a pipe on the end of a breaker bar and used that to break bolts.
