ok,heres the deal.my son and i both have 350 ranchers and are wondering what tires would be good for all around riding.we want reliability in the mud,but not tires that are very aggressive.we do ride on blacktop some,so something that doesn't wear really bad.thnx in advance,jrowe06 :)

The 350 I just sold had Kenda bear claws, and they seemed like a pretty good all around tire. I liked how they felt, and may use them again on my other machines when the time comes to replace them.

Pavement KILLS atv tires!!!!!!!! We have Mudlites on a Yamaha 4X4 and I have a set on the rear of my 400ex. I like them.Had them for 2years or so on the 400 but it has never seen the pavement. Ant the 4X4 does not ride the rode either unless we put the stock wheels back on it.

What do you mean by getting what you pay for? The mudlite is not a cheap tire. How much were the Dunlop tires?
i didnt like them. when i had them they wore in one season. between riding on pavement and dirt. the dunlop tires we bought lasted forever and these lasted not very long. i guess you get what you pay for. plus it was ran on a 4x4. would last longer on a 2x4

i paid $75 a tire for the mud lites and $115 for the dunlops. soo good so far with the new dunlops. my mud lites sucked for what i used them for. but they look like they would be good for mud. my original dunlops lasted 14 years on the back of my kawasaki. then the mud lites lasted like 2 years....
