I have jus about rebuilt this entire quad. It runs great, but I am only getting about 12.2vdc when its running. I have more when it's off. I tested the regulator rectifier and the stator. Both tested good. I replaced them both just to be sure. Still not charging. The battery is new, but sat in its box for a few months. Please help
