2006 TRX 350 Battery is at 12.5V when engine is off. When the engine is running it drops to to 11V instead of rising to 13+ V. I tested the stator. It passed the ohm test (0.5ohm all around). I did a diode test on the Rectifier regulator. It passed the diode test. Does anyone have any ideas? I pulled the stator off to see if there was any blackened coils. None. I'm pretty handy, but I'm no expert. Is there any other tests I should run? Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Did you flip the knob on your multimeter when you did that test to see if you are passing gobs of alternating current to the battery?

It'll take a good 25 to 30 buck meter to measure small amounts of AC. And all of my 12 volt Honda bikes climb to 14.3 volts DC when running, not 13 anything.

Check to make sure you don't have continuity to ground on your stator, also, AC voltage should be the same output on all 3 wires while running coming off stator.

no real way to test the regulator other then DC volts test & checking the diodes.

Also have your battery load tested.
