Is it just the wheel, you have jacked it up and confirmed that the a arms have no play? Could be bushings, bearings, or ball joints.

Well I took the tire off and it was flipping back and forth. The brakes in the front when pulled would make the tire jump and pop. Where my axle is that pulls the front right tire it moves up and down and top and bottom so I don't know what I need to check for. Can you tell me what I need to check for.

Is the play limited to the area of the wheel bearing? You need to determine where the orgin of the problem is, the cv joint or wheel bearing. It sounds like the wheel bearing is totally shot but difficult to say for sure.

Could be ball joints and/or wheel bearings, but I would bet it is mainly your wheel bearings. That's the best I can do without actually looking at it.
