Of course my wife's 2005 Rancher is having the issue of not shifting. It has been doing this ever since we brought it home from the dealer and they cant fix it. Has there been any recalls? I heard on other blogs that there was.
Thanks

I have been searching and not found any recalls for that machine. What codes are you getting?

I spoke to my dealer. Before I finished given the symptoms, he said it was the angle sensor. He informed that they would check and if bad, replace it at no charge. I am taking it down there and will report back.

Dealer just called me to pick up my wife's Rancher. Honda covered the angle sensor and dealer covered the labor. Howard's Honda in Nashville Tennessee is very customer focused and that is why I have bought many motorcycles and 4 wheelers from them.
I will report back if this problem occurs again.

ES shifting problem

I have a 2006 ES Rancher and mine is not shifting. The light is flashing twice in a little over a second. When its cold it shifts fine. I have checked the fuses and taken the shifter box apart to check for moisture and corrosion and there is none. Any suggestions? Thanks
