Its possible you installed the one way bearing the wrong way, and your centrifugal clutch is stuck open causing this.
Rancher clutch
I changed the clutches in my 2007 Honda rancher 400, now when I put it into gear it lunges forward and moves on its own, it does shift through all gears though please help

If it still lunges forward after installing the one way bearing in the correct orientation you could have the idle set too high, or your clutch needs adjusted.
